Crafted in iridescent cangiante patent calf leather, the surface reveals a shifting, multidimensional finish under changing light. The sculpted 105mm heel reinforces a measured sense of elevation, while an 18k white gold pointed toe embellishment, set with white diamonds and a ruby zoisite stone, introduces a controlled focal point of brilliance.<br><br>
An 18k white gold outsole T signature and heel ring, each adorned with natural white diamonds, complete the composition with disciplined clarity. Each pair is handcrafted in Italy over approximately 60 hours, balancing decorative intensity with architectural restraint.

  • Step 1
    Place a sheet of paper flat on the floor with one edge positioned directly against a wall. Place your foot on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall. Mark a line at the tip of your longest toe.
  • Step 2
    Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (at the wall) to the line marking your longest toe.
  • Step 3
    Record the measurement and repeat for the other foot. Use the larger measurement when selecting your size.

Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

This section applies only to Orders for which the Customer has a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law, including Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code.

It does not apply to Products made to your specifications or otherwise clearly personalised.
Such Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.

You have the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason (the “Cooling-off Period”).

The Cooling-off Period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the Product.

If multiple Products are delivered separately, the Cooling-off Period begins upon receipt of the final Product.

Condition of Returns

During the Cooling-off Period, Products must be handled with due care.

Items may be inspected only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit, as in a physical boutique.

The outsole must remain in original, unmarked condition.

Shoes should be tried on indoors, on a clean and carpeted surface, and with the protective sticker in place.

Return Process

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the Cooling-off Period via email at support@taro-ishida.com.

Products must then be returned in accordance with the instructions provided, using the return label supplied.

Items must be returned with all accessories, in original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once the returned Product has been received and inspected, the return will be processed within 14 working days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Deductions & Responsibility

We reserve the right to refuse a return, or reduce the refund where permitted, if return conditions are not met.

If a parcel is returned due to customer-related issues (including unpaid customs charges or refusal of delivery), associated costs may be deducted from the refund.

TARO ISHIDA is not responsible for orders confiscated or destroyed by customs due to non-compliance with import requirements.

Faulty Products

If you believe a Product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible, and preferably within five (5) days of delivery.

Your claim should include a description of the issue, supporting images or video, and the order details.

We may request return of the Product for inspection.

If a defect is confirmed, we may offer:

  • replacement
  • repair
  • partial refund
  • or full refund

depending on the circumstances.
Preservation & Care

Natural wear will occur over time and is part of the character of the piece.

To preserve its condition, we recommend the following:

• Clean with a soft, dry cloth
• Avoid exposure to moisture and prolonged heat
• Store in the original box or dust bag when not in use
• Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces

For specialised care, consult a professional shoemaker or leather specialist.
